Farthest solve the heat resistance problems for your aluminum extrusion!!

When the aluminum profile comes out of the extrusion press, the temperature is approximately 550 °C (1022°F). Graphite was thought to be the only product available to withstand the high temperatures of the extrusion profile.PBO roller is the ideal product to use for the initial extrusion area and run-out table. And we use the top raw material that PBO is produce by Toyobo corporation and Kevlar from America Dupont, and at the same time to withstand the abrasion from different shapes of the profile.

 

When it is about 10 meters down the run-out table,the The temperature of the profile will lower to 450 °C (840°F),At this stage, the best material for the run-out table is 100% Kevlar. Our Kevlar roller is produced with DuPont KEVLAR fiber, which can resist temperatures of 500 °C (930 °F). And we have many lower felt roller to use for the cooling table like Nomex roller,Polyester roller and felt conveyor belt of nomex and polyester for the cooling request.

 

Before going to the oven.There is the aluminum bar wear  the Spacer sleeve and stay in the middle of two layers of the aluminum profiles to aovid the meeting .So the spacer sleeve is very important!
