Heat resistance Felt belt for aluminum extrusion

In Aluminum Alloy molding process, early wood, graphite has been replaced by thermal felt belt. Heat-resistant felt belts are with the characteristic of high temperature resistance and wear resistance, also soft texture, no pollution, which solves the problem that traditional graphite not to prevent aluminum from scratches and postprocessing problems left black marks, in recent years, more and more manufacturers adopt it. Widely used in aluminum extrusion molding。

Fiber material for optional

PBO 

The disintegration temperature of PBO is 600 ℃, such as a longer period of time (over ten minutes) contact section (about 600 ℃) because of its material is thermosetting, not melt or pollute aluminum extrusion, But they could lose weight and turn brown, reduce its service life.


Kevlar

The disintegration temperature of Kevlar is 500℃, such as a longer period of time (over ten minutes) contact section (about 500 ℃) because of its material is thermosetting, not melt or pollute aluminum extrusion, But they could lose weight and turn brown(little part will become deformed)  , reduce its service life.


Nomex

The disintegration temperature of Nomex is 280℃, such as a longer period of time (over ten minutes) contact section (over 280 ℃) , they could lose weight and turn brown


Polyester 

The best heat resistance is 200℃.If the aluminum extrusion is not cold enough,the temperature less than 200℃ that will melt.and pollut  the aluminum extrusion.
